10. General
10.1 Entire Agreement.
The terms and conditions comprise the exclusive record of the agreement between you and TBE.ASIA in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor TBE.ASIA shall be bound by any explicit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded here. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions take over and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and TBE.ASIA in respect of your use of the website.

The relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices will be governed by and construed in accordance within the laws of the Philippines without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. Thus, you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any court within the Philippines in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
