Material Recycling Facility - An Innovation on Waste Disposal

TGEG (True Green Energy Group) is a company founded by Ronald Shane Flynn that promotes world power and green technologies. Despite of its four – year eminence in providing green energy and waste management solutions,
Stating the word dirty is vaguely unpleasant in our ears and mostly insulting. Dirt is a part of our daily lives and keeps growing and growing every single day. Large amount of materials that are considered at the end of their life cycle turns up into municipal dump sites all over the globe. They overflow of materials that we tend to think of no use are now processed inside the material recovery facility. It is a plant that aims to treat waste into an Eco-friendly process to produce alternative source of energy through waste.
A dirty MRF waste to energy processing facility accepts large amounts of waste transported by dump trucks into the facility. Collected materials are in the form of mixed solid waste stream are sorted and treated in different processes. Another type is the Clean MRF on the other hand only accepts co-mingled waste that is collected at curb sides during weekly collections. Mostly house collections done monthly or weekly waste goes to the clean material recovery facility for processing. These plants run through basically two types of operation: manual and automated that requires intensive labor to produce high quality waste stream used in the RDF process.
Manual and automated operations involved in the dirty MRF plant designate recyclable and high calorific value materials through various techniques. Trommel screening and magnetic separators are often used to remove tins, can and other metal objects within the mixed waste stream. Recyclable materials are separated from those of high calorific value to be processed into newer products that would meet technical specifications established by the end market. These materials would then be sent out to its respective industry for commercial selling. The other type of waste stream on the other end would then be secured and fed into the refuse derived fuel technology to be converted into a greener type of fuel.
Most residual materials and other high quality waste stream use this new type of waste treatment that allows a cleaner processing of waste. A carbon neutral effect is being endowed into the environment while the production of alternative fuel is achieved. These types of waste stream provide different quality of fuel depending on the class of feedstock acquired from the procedures involved inside the dirty MRF. The dirty material recovery facility recovers about 45% to 48% of incoming recyclables collected from the mixed waste stream that would then be redirected to recycling facilities. Such activity would take place in various municipalities that employs waste to energy facilities such as the dirty and clean MRF.
